It's important to us that World of Warcraft offers a safe and enjoyable game environment. One aspect of that is helping players avoid account compromise, so we're pleased to make this additional layer of security available to them.
-Mike Morhaime, CEO/cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment.
It literally is a keychain, roughly the size of a flat twinkie, it generates a 6-digit code that you must enter, along with your account info, to log into your WoW account. After paying $6.50 for the 'highly needed' extra level of security, you link the keychain to your WoW account by entering the serial code located on the back of the device. After you have done that, you must press the button and type in the randomized, unique code every time you wish to log into your WoW account or edit account information. But hey, I bet noone is going to get to your 3p1c l00tz.
Oh, and its waterproof. For all those scuba-diving WoW-players out there.
Level 70 Elite Tauren Cheiftan's song 'I am Murloc' is now available for Free download on Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.
But sadly, for Wii/PS2 guitar hero players, downloadable content has not been configured for our consoles. World Tour has promised us this glory. Only time shall tell.

Usuallys, new is about things that happen. But on a few occasions it warrants to report on things that didn't happen. Because they didn't happen. Just so you know about the calamity you just avoided.
For instance, millions of WOW -and not to mention movie- fans can collectively sigh with relief as:
QUOTE
“I got in contact with Paul Sams of Blizzard, and he said, ‘We will not sell the movie rights, not to you…especially not to you,’” Boll revealed. “Because it’s such a big online game success, maybe a bad movie would destroy that ongoing income, what the company has with it.”
Most shocking is probably Boll's calling a movie of his (albeit one he's not allowed to 'make') bad.
Too bad there's no news on the movie Blizzard already announced to be working on during Blizzcon 2007, but we at least now know it won't be a Uwe Boll abomination. Which must come as a relief. I mean adaptation, of course.
